Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & No-Show Policy**
Your time is valuable—and so is ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy in place:
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations (within 12 hours of appointment):
100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Cancellations with 12–24 Hours' Notice:
75% of the scheduled service will be charged.
If you need to reschedule and do so within the same week of your original appointment (if available), your cancellation fee will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and the time of other clients.
